If you experience a problem with our software. Simply email support@simego.com and we’ll get back to you right away. We’re committed to fast and efficient client support, but to make the process even quicker please include the following information:

  • Product and Version number.
  • OS Platform (XP/Vista/Windows 7/2003/2008/R2).
  • .NET Framework Version.
  • Description of the problem.
  • Any necessary steps to reproduce the problem.
