Below you will find a few additional features of Ouvvi.
The Project page layout can be changed between a List view and a Card View by using the drop down menu at the right of the navigation panel.
The default can be set under
Settings > User Settings and choose either list or card view from the drop down. Press Save at the bottom of the page and your preferences will be updated.
The list view will show the Project Groups first and then any un-grouped projects are shown in a list at the bottom of the page.
The Card View will show all projects as separate cards, these are colour coded to show the status of the project at a quick glance. The projects can be filtered into their user defined groups by using the main navigation to the left of the screen.
Changing the Homepage
The homepage can be customised to contain an overview of the system. To do this go to the homepage and press
Edit in the mini menu.
You can now customise the homepage text as you wish. Once you are done press
Save at the bottom of the page.
Adding Support Details
When setting up your Ouvvi Environment you may wish to add the contact details for the support team for your company.
This can be set under
Settings > User Settings as shown below.
