If Data Sync or Ouvvi cannot access the Internet to download the License document you need to log into your account and generate a license file. This license file is a permanent license and cannot be deleted so you can only generate 1 file per product per activation allowance.
Log into your account on Simego that the License(s) are assigned to you may need to register if you have not already created an account.
Next under License Keys select the License that you want to generate a file for and you will see an option at the bottom of the page to generate a license file.
Here you will need the Client ID from the installation, so enter your License Key into the product and make a note of the Client ID for the Installation. Enter this Client ID here and select the Product (Data Sync or Ouvvi). (Note: Ensure that you Tab away from the License Key field so that the Client ID is updated, Data Sync and Ouvvi will generate a different Client-ID ensure that you use the correct Client-ID when creating the Activation File.)
This will generate a row in the activations for your License and you can then download this license file for use with your installation. In Data Sync use the Open License File option to install this License File.
And in Ouvvi use the Upload option to upload the License file into the Database.
