How long does it take to hear a response?
We guarantee to get back to you within 1 business day. However, during UK working hours our typical response time is 30 minutes.
Is it a requirement that Data Synchronisation Studio (Data Sync) and Ouvvi are installed on a server?
No, Data Sync can be installed on a workstation/local machine and Ouvvi can be installed on Windows 10 Pro if you do not have a server.
